Awful communications, customer service. Didn't complete the job, left MANY errors for our team to fix ourselves. Could not deliver on what they promised....

S9 Consulting did an amazing job. The customer service was top tier. It is always surprising when I receive customer service of this tier. I started out speaking w/Carlos & he was able to take my ideas... & actualize them. For 95% of the project I worked w/Justin. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He made sure everything I needed and wanted for my website was completed. He responded to my emails even on weekends & odd hours. It did take them much longer to complete my site, but worth the wait

Sloppy and still not fixed. Instead of Esty it still says Etsy. Also I found it odd my account was hacked by “Wix” and I had to cancel my card and go through all my bills and re enter my info. ...

I hope you're well. I wanted to clarify that our team wasn't the original designer of your site; we were brought in to address a few issues left by your previous designer, all of which have been... resolved.
We've reached out several times, and it seems this review might have been intended for someone else. Regarding the hacking and billing issues with your Wix account, these are matters that Wix needs to address. However, we're more than happy to help coordinate with Wix support on your behalf.
