Joann was beyond helpful and supportive. She took a very long time talking to me about my business and goals. Joann explained the importance of SEO and also clarified what was not working and why. We connected and shared desktops, she sent me a pdf, and we spoke for quite a long time. Once we finished talking, she immediately began working on the SEO for my website. My site shot to the top of the Google search page the next day! As far as I'm concerned, I'll stick with her company....
