I placed a request to have an author's website built, and I received multiple offers. Then majority of the offers were automated responses, except for Business Infusion. Ruth
Ann reached out via email, and I got the impression she was excited to work with me on the site. After the initial call, I was convinced she wanted to produce a site that I could be proud of. She was extremely helpful along the way, took my feedback, and produced a product I am truly proud to call my own! I will be doing business with them again as the needs arise. They were also willing to adjust their pace to mine, as I was moving slowly. My business partner and I were struggling to set up our website. We reached out and within days we had a call with Ruth Ann to discuss what our needs were. We accepted the very reasonable terms to work with them, signed off, and had a design meeting within days. After that we received a prototype for the home page within 48 hours. When we looked at the site we were in awe. It was beautiful and everything we wanted it to be. They are extremely responsive and have great communication, they are very knowledgeable and explain things so that you understand what is going on with your site. This was a smooth process and we will be keeping them in our contacts. Fantastic service, wonderful design sense, and very fast!

We have had a very satisfying experience developing our new website for our businesses. Others would not take on this job but Business Infusion did and did it very well they did!!
Had to consolidate 3 existing websites, various existing URL's, website design to cover all that & more!! Completed on time and budget. We needed a lot of handholding during all this conversion and Ruth Ann was patient, persistent & true professional in her field with spot on advice and direction as needed! We will continue to use their services going forward and would recommend that any company putting together a new website or updating existing site definately give them a call and how their expertise will overlap with your project!!...
