I wasn't sure what to expect, as a newbie to a pottery shopping website. The task seemed overwhelming. Thankfully, Diane's communication skills and obvious experience with Wix put me at ease immediately. It's possible I'm her smallest account, yet when we're working together it feels like I have 110% of her attention and thought. On the creative front, I let a lot of choices go, though not without a little trepidation, being a visually creative person myself. I couldn't be more pleased with the "makeover". The initial work took a little time, since Diane was revamping the entire look of my website, based on our initial conversations. The banners she created from photos of my pottery and my own hand painted "in-person" banner are just beautiful. The layout of the website is simple and easy to navigate. The shopping experience is straightforward. In terms of small decisions along the way, I found Diane very responsive. Ongoing work gets done very quickly and keeps me on my toes! I was looking for a web developer to work on the backend of my site. This was my first time setting up a website and I did the best I could. Later, I realized I had set up the dynamic pages incorrectly, and was stuck. I reached out to Diane and she gave me a reasonable quote. I was expecting for Diane to fix my dynamic pages only, but she went so far above and completely revitalized my website! Everything is much more user friendly, especially the mobile version of the website, and the transition between pages are smooth. The overall layout is much more pleasing that I am incredibly happy with. This was a huge undertaking and Im still shocked that she did so much for me. For the best interface, I needed to upgrade my Ascend membership, and she decreased her fee because it was the best option for me to accommodate the number of pages I have. I cant express enough how happy I was to work with her, she was so friendly and eager to help. She is the best!...

Collaboration with Diane was amazing . She recognized very well our needs and the rest were a matter of giving her the material and the answers she needed so as to move on. Our project became real very fast and the result left us satisfied. We will establish a long term collaboration in getting her help so as to keep making our page better and adding new material and tools that will increase visitors....
