Castle Ivar: Castle Ivar is a 1920s, medieval-inspired landmark in the Hollywood Hills—turrets, vaulted ceilings, winding stone stairs, and city-light views. Our brief was simple and ambitious: capture the cinematic magic and make it effortless for groups, families, and creators to book.

We built a photo-forward, mobile-first site that leads with a bold “live like royalty” promise and a clear path to “Check availability • Call • Text.” Room-by-room highlights showcase the turret bedroom with panoramic views, the rooftop deck with Jacuzzi, multiple terraces and grand lounges, six ensuite baths (plus a half), and the fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Galleries, floor-plan cues, amenity icons, and concise copy make the layout intuitive. Neighborhood callouts (Hollywood Sign, Walk of Fame, Hollywood Bowl, Universal) position the home within minutes of iconic spots, while a transparent “Good to know” section sets expectations about stairs, faint freeway noise in a few rooms, and occasional exterior stucco work (never during stays).

Under the hood, we tuned for speed and discovery: compressed media and lazy loading for fast galleries, strong internal linking, and structured data for a luxury vacation rental (Lodging/VacationRental, FAQ, Breadcrumb, and Review schema). Local SEO targets “Hollywood Hills luxury rental,” “group stays near Hollywood,” and creator-friendly searches, helping the right guests find the home. Calls to action route cleanly to the owner’s preferred booking channel, reducing back-and-forth and shortening the decision window.

Owner reaction has been enthusiastic. They love that the site finally looks and feels like the property—maximalist, theatrical, and welcoming—while making bookings straightforward. Feedback from guests and creators has echoed the same theme: the visuals sold the setting, the details removed uncertainty, and reserving a stay felt easy and confident.

Ace Veteran Transport LLC: Ace Veteran Transport needed a site that felt decisive, earned trust fast, and turned visits into booked hauls. We rebuilt the experience around clarity and action. The homepage leads with strong positioning for a veteran-owned carrier and a simple path to “Call • Text • Get a Quote.” Service pages explain the process in plain language, including Documentation & Assurance with insured cargo, digital BOL, photo proof, and COI or W-9 on request. We added a Business & Commercial track that speaks to dealers, auctions, fleets, and university moves without losing the personal touch for first-time shippers.

Under the hood, the site is fast and mobile-first. Headings, copy, and internal linking follow a researched keyword map. Location pages are ready to scale across California and beyond. We implemented LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, and Review schema, compressed media, and clear calls to action that route to phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. Forms collect the right details in one pass and confirm next steps, which reduces back-and-forth and speeds up dispatch.

The visual system balances a clean modern layout with subtle veteran cues. Real job photos, bold typography, and confident microcopy make the promise tangible: careful loading, timely updates, proof at every handoff.

Owner reaction has been pure enthusiasm. He said the site finally “sounds like us,” and he loves how easy it is for customers to reach him, understand the process, and book a transport. In his words, it feels like having a reliable dispatcher working 24 hours a day on his behalf.

Sharon Silverstein: We partnered with Sharon Silverstein to craft a website that feels like her work sounds—calm, grounded, and deeply inviting. We rebuilt the voice in first person so visitors meet Sharon the artist and guide, not just a brand. Across the site, we wrote clear, heartfelt copy that helps people imagine the experience: Sedona’s red rocks, Native flute and crystal bowls, gentle yoga, breath that finally slows. Every page leads with plain language, then opens into transformation: arrive tense → leave clear.

We redesigned the services to read like journeys. Each offering (Floating Sound Baths, Sound Healing with Native American Flute & Crystal Bowls, Guided Yoga & Coaching, Empowering Breath Work Journeys, Shamanic Life Coaching & Inner Alignment, and Luxurious Wellness Experiences) now has: a warm H1/H2, “Who it’s for” that speaks to real life, and “How a Session Works” in four simple steps. We also created special-event pages—Bachelorette Wellness Retreat, Pre-Wedding Bliss Session, and Couples Connection—with unique subheads, longer step descriptions, and couple-focused benefits (no fluff, just what changes).

For the experience pages (Music, Sound Healing videos, and EPX), we kept it personal and easy to skim: simple H1s, evocative H2s, and contact-driven CTAs (“Contact Sharon,” “Ask About Sessions”). We refined the navigation, tucking media into a clean dropdown so the site feels lighter. We named the color palette in human terms, aligned microcopy and “text on path” badges for SEO (e.g., “Sedona Sound Healing,” “Private Wellness Retreats”), and added concise image search prompts to keep visuals on-brand. Finally, we wrote a clear, modern Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and a 10-question FAQ—grounded, readable, and trustworthy.

Highlights we delivered

First-person brand voice and story that sounds like Sharon

H1/H2 systems for every page + strong, natural CTAs

Journey-based service pages with 4-step flows and “Who it’s for”

Event-ready pages (Bachelorette, Pre-Wedding, Couples) with unique copy

EPX/Music pages focused on live originals, covers, and quick contact

SEO-smart microcopy: text-on-path labels, concise keywords, Sedona anchors

Cleaner IA: simplified menus and a Media dropdown

Helpful image search cues and color naming for design consistency

Trust pages: Privacy, Terms, and a site-wide FAQ

The result is a site that welcomes people in, shows them the path, and makes the next step effortless—just like one of Sharon’s sessions.

GET ON THE LAWN: e had a blast bringing Get On The Lawn’s brand to life! From the get-go, we rolled up our sleeves and dug into everything they do—precision mowing, eco-friendly fertilization, seasonal clean-ups, aeration/overseeding, sod installs, and even snow & ice management. We crafted a fresh, easy-to-navigate website that highlights each service with bold, benefit-driven copy (no yard-sale jargon here!).

Behind the scenes, we optimized every page for local searches—think “lawn care Grimsby,” “snow removal near me,” and “aeration in Lincoln”—so folks in Grimsby, Stoney Creek, Jordan, Lincoln, West Lincoln, and Binbrook can find them fast. We sprinkled in real testimonials, bright before/after photos, and clear calls-to-action (“Get Your Estimate” buttons) to make booking a breeze.

The result? A vibrant, mobile-friendly site that feels as fresh as a just-mowed lawn, drives more calls and clicks, and gives Get On The Lawn the online presence they deserve. Plus, we set them up with easy editing tools so they can keep things growing on their own—just like their grass!
